This is a static portfolio. It has no contact forms, no user accounts, no shop, and no marketing or analytics tools. Pim does not knowingly collect personal data about you. The only data that exists is the standard technical information described below.
Like virtually every website, this site is served by a hosting provider that automatically records basic technical details for each request — typically your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. These access logs exist for security and reliability and are handled by the hosting provider under its own terms. Pim does not use them to build a profile of you or to track you across other sites.
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. Any cookies are limited to those strictly necessary for the site to function. For more detail, see the separate Cookie Policy.
This portfolio links out to client projects, social profiles, and other external sites. Once you follow such a link you are on a third party's website, and their privacy practices — not this policy — apply. Pim is not responsible for the content or the data handling of any external site.
Because Pim collects no personal data directly, there is nothing for Pim to retain. Server access logs are kept only for as long as the hosting provider's standard retention period allows, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you the right to access, correct, or erase personal data held about you, and to object to its processing. Since this site holds no personal data beyond hosting logs, there is little to act on — but you are always welcome to ask. Email Pim and your request will be answered honestly.
